1. Is Aloha House Cleaning licensed and insured?
Yes, Aloha House Cleaning is licensed, insured, and bonded. Proof of this can be provided upon request.
2. How many people will be cleaning my home?
Generally, one to two Aloha House Cleaning staff will be cleaning your home at one time.
3. Will the same person/people be cleaning my home on each visit?
We do our best to always have the same person clean your house on each visit. We cannot however guarantee that the same person will be cleaning every time.
4. Can I add services that are not listed to my cleanings?
Absolutely, we will always try to meet the needs of our clients. There may be added fees associated with additional services or changes.
5. Do I have to be home when my house is being cleaned?
No, you do not have to be home when your house is cleaned. We will need to have a way to enter the home that was discussed prior to the visit.
6. How do you provide a secure location for the keys to my home?
All keys are stored in a secure, locked location. Access to the keys is limited to management.
7. Do I provide the cleaning products or can I request that you use my products?
Aloha House Cleaning does provide "green" cleaning products which are included in the cost of the cleaning. If there are products that the customer would rather have then that can be discussed and we will make every effort to see that your needs are met.
8. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning.
9. What are the payment options, and when is it due?
Payment options are cash, check, and credit card. Payment is due at or before each visit, or automatic recurring billing can be set up.
10. How long does a cleaning take?
The time needed for a cleaning is dependent on many factors including; size of the house, areas being cleaned, number of staff cleaning it, level of initial cleanliness, etc. Upon performing the initial estimate we can give you a better estimate of the time the cleaning would take.
11. Do I have to do anything to prepare for a cleaning?
In an effort to make our time in your home more efficient it is helpful if items such as toys and clothing are picked up before we arrive, but it is not required.
